For more than 30 years, philip horváth, co-founder of LUMAN, has supported the exploration and practice of creating innovation, both in systemic transformation through technology (digital transformation) and in the inner personal transformation of leaders. philip inspired and supported large corporations such as Siemens, T-Mobile, Vodafone and Airbus in creating innovation, intrapreneurial development, and organizational transformation.
Drawing from philip's wealth of knowledge and insights on the topic, participants will learn and experience practical frameworks and tools in this workshop that will help them to drive personal transformation, foster corporate culture, and promote innovation creation toward a regenerative future.
The overview lectures will address the key challenges posed by today's complex business environment and delve into the opportunities and possibilities of regenerative business. You will also learn practical frameworks for building organizational resilience and creating new strategies and cultures within your organization.
The second half of the workshop will focus on creative leadership practices to move toward a regenerative future. We will explore how leaders at all levels of their organizations can increase self-awareness, unleash their creative potential without getting caught up in ego, and steer their businesses in a regenerative direction in a rapidly changing environment. Beside interactive exercises to help participants face their own inner aspect and move toward transformation, participants will be experienced frameworks and tools that can be put into practice immediately.
